LEAP YEAR !!!

When there is a fire, break the glass. When there is a fire at your house and you have only 60 seconds for the rescue act, then which valuable thing will you pick up first? When the boyfriend of a girl is yet to give the marriage proposal to her, even after spending 4 years together; then it really becomes frustrating for her. Neither can she cry nor can she laugh heartily. Only a depression of their love relationship keeps on hovering around her heart. As per the Irish tradition, a girl can propose about marriage to her boyfriend only on 29^th February. Well, forget about those Irish tradition, because, the real matchmaker is sitting at the top of the Universe to know about all your needs and wants which you may have not explored or discovered yet.

She was not a realtor but a stager. Her profession was like that of an Interior Decorator in Indian context. Her grandma proposed her grandpa on 29^th February. So, she also decided to put the proposal of marriage to her lover on 29^th February. She started her journey from Boston. Only the married couples were eligible to get good furnished houses in Dublin. Due to an underestimated storm, the plane landed at Wales airport.  Anna hired a boat to reach Dublin, but again due to bad weather, she was forced to land in Dingle. At Dingle, she entered inside the Caragh’s pub. The customers of the pub were all drunkards except that cab driver. Long time back, Declan, Kaleigh and their friends started this pub. Declan loved Kaleigh but it was one-sided only.

The wallet was inside that cab, but, alas, the cab fell into the mud water. They started walking towards the Railway Station. The train was about to arrive after 2 hours 30 minutes. They visited the castle which is one of the 7 wonders of Ireland. Declan told her a romantic story. Well; the history gets repeated itself. Who knows; maybe, that story gets applicable for these two innocent souls also. Aah! She missed the train. Where to spend the night? To get entry to a hotel, they had to act like a married couple. Heads you win, Tails I lose. She understood the trick only after taking a nice bath! Or was she too smart enough! How can you enjoy a lovely dinner without a tasty Chicken dish! If Jeremy was a good cardiologist, then Declan was an excellent chef.

When you kiss, you should kiss with such a passion that it should look like as if you are kissing for the first time and the last time. Though, it was an awkward situation for both, but, kiss is always an enjoyable moment. They slept together on a bed. Their mind kept on questioning themselves, but, physically, they did not dare to act as it was too complicated at that scenario. As per Irish tradition, never start a journey on Sunday. That’s may be a superstition for that American lady, but, that Irish guy was happy to hear that on Sundays, there are no trains from Dingle to Dublin. He thought he was bad at wedding party, but she was worse. Being humiliated at the party, Anna kept on drinking and started saying about her admiration towards his beastliness. 

Next morning, he accompanied her to Dublin. In Dublin, Declan took back his mother’s ring from Kaleigh. Jeremy proposed her for the marriage, but, did that proposal came from the bottom of his heart, or was it just a deal. The fire alarm proved everything in that party. Declan’s Caragh pub started doing more profits now. Declan was amazed to see a customer in his pub who came from a place which is 3,000 miles away from Dingle. Now, she proposed him. My goodness! The man went inside to get something. Anna regarded it as an Irish style of rejecting a proposal. On that lovely Sunday, she was waiting on the riverside to hear one of the romantic questions of the Universe, ‘Hey, sweetheart, will you marry me in this “LEAP YEAR”’?

KICK - ASS !!!

In our childhood days, when we were in school, we used to read those comic books on Superheroes and used to admire about them and start questioning. Are those Superheroes coming down to earth from a different planet? From where do they get all those superpowers? In the later stage, when we grew up to face the brutal society full of anti-socialism here and there, then we asked a question to God, ‘Oh! God! If I would have possessed the superpower of a Superman or Spiderman or any other superheroes, then I could have removed all the anti-socialism from this world. Why I don’t have that superpower in me?’ After hearing that question, God laughed. To become a Hero, you don’t require a supernatural power. If you have self-confidence in you and if you know exactly what is your goal in your life, then you can surely become a Hero if you use your courage, talents and fighting skills at the right time in a right manner. 

Long time back, both Daddy and Marcus were good cops. But, a renowned businessman of New York created a trap for Daddy. Daddy was allegedly arrested for being a drug dealer, though he was a very honest cop. Daddy knew about all the bad businesses of D’Amico. If your hubby has done anything wrong, then people of the society starts humiliating you. That’s the brutal human society! After failing to bear so much humiliation, Daddy’s wife committed suicide. Marcus became the guardian of Mindy till Daddy came out after spending 5 years in Jail. The Superhero with green colored uniform became famous in New York for fighting against some street goons. The Superhero got so many fans in the Myspace, the social networking website. While chatting in Skype, he had an idea of opening a new website. Frank was looking for that superhero to take the revenge. Big Daddy re-routed the IP address of his website. 

Dave loved Katie. A man named Rasul was creating trouble for Katie. Dave went to Rasul’s Den. The other two Superheroes saved his life from Rasul and his men. To track the Superhero with green colored outfit, another Superhero came into the town. His name was Red Mist. Someone burned down the factory of Frank.  The Teddy Bear had hidden cameras. In the Internet and TV Channels, the video got broadcasted. Was he a real Batman? Red Mist was successful in tracking down the other two Superheroes. While fighting with Frank’s men, the Superhero Big Daddy died. The little girl lost her mommy and daddy. Unless you are powerful, you may not understand the real meaning of the word, responsibility. Dave utilized all the gadgets of Miss Macready’s father. The Superhero, Hit Girl never actually flopped. She kept on fighting. Later, Dave rescued her and then blew out D’Amico from his office cabin with the help of a bazooka. By the way; have you got any idea about “KICK-ASS”?

MAID IN MANHATTAN !!!

Who was Caroline Jane in the 22, Park Suite? When your job becomes monotonous and there is little scope for you to go up the ladder in that job, then it is a wise decision to go for some management programs. The Ty did a mess-up in his speech and was quite upset as everyone was laughing at him. His mom took him to her working place to set his mood in right condition. Ty found Lily; a very boring person, to deal with.

Wow! Look at that dress, Marisa! It really tempts you to wear it.  Inside the lift, the Mr. Marshall was stunned to meet a kid of 10 years who knew almost everything about Mr. Nixon, the Republican President who sometimes used to tell lies.  The Senatorial Candidate from the Republicans went upstairs with Ty to meet Caroline. They went for a walk in the Park. The media houses of USA are always eager to create paparazzi out of anything.

Why we always feel tensed while giving a speech in front of so many people? Maybe, because, we try to give speech on those subjects with which we have not dealt practically. The invitation for the dinner was for Caroline. But, she was not the same Caroline; he was looking for. The Hotel Authority decided to keep her on training for 6 months and then she can go for management courses. 

She had no other choice. To go for the management course, she had to break off all tie-ups with Chris. The dinner party became too romantic for them. When two souls feel the existence of true love between them, they become unstoppable on a beautiful romantic midnight. But, when the Sun rises in the east in the next morning, you have to face the brutal reality. She got caught by Caroline.

After facing several humiliations, Marisa resigned, so did her boss too. No matter, what job you do, there has to be some self-respect. There’s a difference between a care-taker and a servant in the hospitality industry. A cuckoo can never become a peacock, but, if you have fallen in love with a cuckoo then you may forgive that cuckoo for trying to become a peacock. 

To err is human. Chris understood it, when Ty asked several intelligent questions to him at a press conference. It was true love, baby, so, Chris had to go by his instincts. Marisa was not in a good mood as she had to hear lots of scolding from her mom. Her mom even suggested her to go for plumbing works, rather than dreaming about management courses. So, at the end, was Mr. Marshall lucky enough to get back his “MAID IN MANHATTAN”?

UNSTOPPABLE !!!

On that day, Will Colson got the duty to work with Frank Barnes on the Train No. 1206 in Southern Pennsylvania. Mr. Galvin had already given a 90 day notice to Mr. Barnes. When an employee reaches nearer to his retirement date, the top management tries to get rid of those old fellows by Voluntary Retirement System or by other means to fill that gap with a newly recruited and more efficient young employee. But, one must not forget that experience always counts when there is any trouble.

The two engineers forgot to fix up the air-brakes in an unmanned goods train which was carrying molten phenol, a deadly fuel. The train was running at a speed of 75 miles per hour from Northern Pennsylvania to Southern Pennsylvania. Ned got the call from Connie about a case of coaster. Ned reached the site, but, was unable to find the train. The train which was carrying the school children luckily escaped from a major collision. Barnes and Will started their journey from the Zinc factory towards Northern Pennsylvania.

Connie Hooper wanted to derail the Train No. 777 in the farmlands between Central Pennsylvania and Southern Pennsylvania.  Mr. Galvin was not in a mood to destroy the coaches of the train to experience losses for the Railways. The Chopper was tracking the train.  Judd Stewart, one of the efficient and experienced engineers of the Railways started to slow down the speed of the train by driving a rail engine in front of that train. The man who tried to land on the train from the chopper was severely injured. Judd Stewart died in the rescue act.

The News Channels were covering the incident live and exclusive. The Train No. 1206 got the alert of a coaster. People of all the towns staying nearer the railway tracks were evacuated as the train was carrying fuels. It was like a running missile on the tracks heading towards the Stanton town.  Barnes was ready to take the risk without bothering about the 90 days notice given by the top management. Work is worship and he loved his job. After some hesitations, ifs and buts, Mr. Galvin gave the green signal to him after consulting with Hooper.

Colson tried to link the Train No. 777 with the Train No. 1206, but, it was not an easy task as the last bogie of the Train No. 777 was carrying grains. In that linking process, Will got injured at his right leg. Now, it was turn for Mr. Colson to walk on the roofs of the bogies to take control of the manual brakes. Before entering the town of Stanton, there was a 15 meter curve, where they badly needed to slow down the speed. Why Connie kissed that black man, the father of two teen daughters? Were they able to stop the train which was “UNSTOPPABLE”?

SANCTUM !!!

God created human beings out of curiosity, but, later, God discovered that the humans are the only species in this Universe who are always curious about everything. From Papua New Guinea, the National Geographic Channel Team headed towards the Mother of all Caves in this world. 

Frank and his team were at the Forward Base inside the cave. Frank and one of his teammates went to explore further down. The girl died as she was inexperienced about diving and tired too. Josh became very angry by seeing his father’s cruelty.

Both Frank and Carl were very excited about that St.Jude’s Cathedral and the air bell above it. They have come here to explore the route to the sea through this cave. The storm turned into a cyclone. They had to move from their present location.  Luke injured himself badly while trying to save others.

Warriors and adventurers have one psychology in common. They don’t want to live like defeated souls. If they are defeated or injured, they want to die rather than bearing the pain for the whole lifetime. Inside that cave, there was no hospital. So, Frank had to perform natural Euthanasia on Luke as all his bones got broken.

The more you go deeper inside the cave, the temperature falls. So, Frank requested Victoria to wear the warm jacket of the dead body. Victoria disobeyed him. They kept on moving, till they reached a place, where there was a hot water spring and it was behaving like a meat grinder.

Josh was the best climber in that group. He found a new path to get out of there by climbing towards the other end. Victoria’s hair got stuck and she did a blunder by trying to cut off her hair with a knife. Carl became crazy after the death of Victoria because he loved her. 

Carl was missing. Frank and Josh thought that Carl was dead and they kept on moving. They found an ancient Japanese Tanker which used to work like an amphibian. So, it signaled that they have reached nearer to the sea. They rested that night there, but, Josh smelled the excreta of a bat. Was it really so?

After climbing through that steep cliff, they reached the sacred sunless sea. Oh! Carl was still alive and he attacked Frank. Were they able to explore the secret path from the deepest cave on earth to the sea? To experience the climbing, swimming and diving inside a deadly cave, you have to watch the film, “SANCTUM”.
