It starts with fever and headache ! In initial days, the blood pressure remains normal at 120/80. Dengue, Rabies and Encephalitis tests are negative. Suddenly, after a few days, vomiting starts, respiratory problems increases with blood pressure at around 230/160. Slowly, the doctors and nurses of Kerala were heading for a dangerous war ! Babu, the union leader agreed to postpone further strikes. Dr.Sajith and Dr.Abid were having tough times with a patient, Roshan. Who kissed Sara ? 

Zakariya, another patient came into the hospital. Dr. Salim, the neurologist had doubts regarding the patients of Dr. Sudevan. Nurse Akhila died due to this virus. Media people doubted why her dead body was not given back to her relatives. Some rumors started spreading in the market regarding this virus to create confusions. 

Kerala Government planned to bring some doses of monoclonal antibodies from Australia as a last medicine against this virus. The best solution was to identify and send the patients to isolation rooms. Social distancing was maintained to break the contamination cycle. What happened to Vishnu's wife, Anjali ?
