Committing crime is a sin and every sin has its severe punishment. But, if a criminal does not get justifiable punishment after committing a sin, then probably the judicial system of a nation is committing a sin on a larger scale to spread the contagious disease of criminal acts on innocent people. 99% of the population is innocent but the remaining 1% of it is the deadly criminals. To protect the 99% of population from that 1% of the population is not an easy task. No matter how much small is a virus, it is still a deadly one. When the cops act as the anti-virus, the innocent people regard the cops as their faithful saviors. But the irony lies elsewhere. Cops are always handicapped by the slow and blind judicial system, which is dependent on eye-witnesses and evidences. In the age of corruption, an eye-witness becomes a victim of anti-socials if he opens his mouth. As a net result, there are many criminals who don’t get any punishment due to the lack of evidences and eye-witnesses. From here, starts the biggest problem of the society. As a cop, you know what is right and what is wrong, but, still you are helpless. Still, the innocent people will get killed and the anti-socials keep on ruling on the road with the back-up support from the corrupted politicians and businessmen.
Charles Randall was a rapist. He even raped the daughter of his girlfriend. His girlfriend was a divorcee and had a daughter of 13 years old. Charles was not arrested because he was living with her girlfriend only. There were no evidences found that he has raped the minor girl. Charles got out on bail. Van Luytens, the serial rapist also got bail. There was another serial killer, who used to kill beautiful girls at midnight hours after raping them. Another serial child killer was yet to be arrested by the cops due to lack of evidence. The Spider runs a sex racket in the town in the name of a night club. Also, drugs like cocaine and brown sugar are sold inside that night club. The Police department got some evidences against the Spider, but they were not so convincing enough to put him behind the bars. The interrogation is on. Jessica, the counselor cum criminal lawyer, went inside the room to interrogate him. But, the Spider attacked her brutally. She could have died in that interrogation, but she was lucky enough to survive. After 1 week, suddenly, another serial killer started performing. The only difference was that this time, all the criminals who got out on bail were getting killed one after another. The Serial killer had his own style. After killing them, he always used to put a piece of paper on their dead bodies. The poems written on those poems always had some inner meaning targeting either the judicial system or the Police Department of the country.
In the meanwhile, due to the fighting between the cops and the Spider during Spider’s interrogation, a special inquiry team started investigating why there was an encounter during the interrogation round. The doctor told both of them to write down their thoughts and action plan everyday on a piece of paper. One out of the two accepted the suggestion. Riley and Perez kept on investigating but the serial killer is yet to get traced. Already, 11 murders have taken place within 45 days. Who can be that serial killer? Why is he killing the anti-socials only? Why the anti-socials are not attacking the murderer before they are getting murdered? The questions were many but no one had any answer to it. Karen tried her level best to figure out any common connection between those murdered persons. The common connection was that all the criminals who got murdered were never punished by the judicial system due to lack of evidence and eye-witnesses. A few years ago, Mr. Baum, a top cop of the town was terminated from his job because he protested against his senior cops regarding a criminal who got out on bail despite committing 5 murders. So, is Mr. Baum, the serial killer? Karen always loved Tom, but Perez and Riley were always jealous of Cowen. He did the unforgivable act on Karen. Why Karen was so suspicious about her boyfriend. Turk is a widower who had a sweet daughter. His daughter is fond of playing baseball in school. The little girl often used to ask, ‘Father, are you a good cop?’
Rooster made Hingis believe that Turk really cares about humans. Hingis was totally confused about this case. Mr. Baum was in Brazil at that time. The Russian was still alive inside the hospital. Karen confirmed about the murderer but was she right? Tom Cowen was his role model but that day was his biggest day when he stopped regarding him as his role model. The bullets entered the Spider’s brain within few seconds. Can a partner kill another partner? Sorry, no ambulance is required though he is lying down. When the judicial system fails, it gives birth to the crimes and it becomes an addiction when you murder an anti-social for the first time in an encounter. By the way, who was this David Fisk? Was he ethically right to perform those “RIGHTEOUS KILL”?
